Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order, as no one came to the counter. Finally when a young lady appeared she said nothing and handed an order to another patron and headed to the back again! Another patron and myself walked out as they didn't care about us at all. Contacted corporate who said the store would be in contact. Heard nothing from them. Won't be back. I'm going to give my business to Wendy's.

Very rarely do I eat any fast food. The grandkids were begging for a grinch Happy meal so I took them there. We only went through the drive-thru we didn't go inside. The service is just so cold and unfriendly.

I ordered the big breakfast off door dash today and I was missing my hash brown ! Door dash won’t refund me for it, so I called the store . I spoke to a manager and asked “do you guys have hash browns in stock ?” , she said yes . Ok? So why isn’t it in my bag ?. She says to me we can’t give you a refund contact door dash. I wouldn’t have to if you did your job! Big breakfast always gets a HASH BROWN BTW it comes in it ! So tell your employees to make sure they put it in the bag ! Or check after them. Because now I can’t get my money back and I can’t enjoy the hash brown I should’ve went with Chick-fil-A like I originally was thinking about. I’m pregnant so & I was craving for that hash that’s why I am so pissed at both doordash and the manger of McDonald’s. Scam scam scam make sure all of costumers food are in the bag. They pay for it and fast food is not cheap anymore. McDonald’s should add three bacon’s btw because what am I going to do with 2 ?
