  Food was absolutely unedible and the owner was extremely rude and hostile. Generals chicken soggy and doughy, lo mein absolutely flavorless and greasy, crust old white rice. Cannot support this business whatsoever

  Absolutely phenomenal experience all around! The servise? Satisfactory. The atmosphere? Calming, soothing and helped me unwind after a long week breaking my back at work. And the food? Where to begin?! Oh it is DIVINE! I'm always craving their chicken on a stick, and you cannot go wrong with their hot and sour soup! A lovely treat for take out or dining in! You hungry? Stop on by! 😍😋

  Poor food: Spring Roll was okay, Pan Fried Dumplings were tasty, but the Mongolian Beef was NOT edible - the beef was all gristle that couldn’t be cut or chewed & the General Tso’s Shrimp wasn’t even shrimp but rather chicken, which wasn’t very tasty either. Threw out both entrees - total waste of money. Will never patronize again & cannot recommend. There has to be better Chinese restaurants around Woodbury!

  Great Food As Always!! Been ordering from the China House for 25 years and every time the food is FANTASTIC!!! Love It!!!!

  I came there to get dinner and do homework while my daughter was at dance next-door. My plan was when my daughter was done dance that we would order dinner and go home but while she was there, I was just gonna sit there and do my homework because they have a nice quiet space. A lady who works there came over to my table and asked me was I buying something right now and I said no I’m gonna wait until I leave and then grab dinner. She left and came back 2 minute later saying that I couldn’t sit and wait until I buy something. I tried explaining again that I am going to order when I leave but she said no I cannot sit. I really like this place and I wanted to stay ,so I got up got in line to place my order. When I got to the register one of the older children was taking orders. I told him what I wanted $85 and told him that I would order now and but please don’t make until I leave. He then wanted to know why I wanted to sit and how long I was going to stay. At this point I’m super frustrated because her class was like an hour and I just don’t understand what the big deal is. I order here a lot and most of it is through door dash but I have come in multiple times as well. Why could I just sit there for the 40 minutes until her class was done. I left after the kids started interrogating me about my length of stay. Idk but I don’t think you should treat people like that,especially when we the people in this neighborhood are the reason your in business.
