  I had a terrible experience with this delivery driver. They dropped my food at the door, which caused a mess and ruined part of the order. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, the driver started yelling at me in Spanish and was extremely unprofessional

  I just ordered from Papa John’s and was absolutely disgusted to find a hair embedded into my pizza. I had already eaten some before noticing it, and it completely ruined my appetite. When I called the store, they offered to make me another pizza, but I was so sick to my stomach I didn’t want a replacement—just a refund. Instead, they told me I’d have to bring the pizza back for one, which is ridiculous and unsanitary. This was a completely unacceptable experience. I expected better food handling and customer service from a major pizza chain. I won’t be ordering from this location again. This was very upsetting, and the handling of the situation was disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves cleanliness and customer service going forward.
