Instead, they told me I’d have to bring the pizza back for one, which is ridiculous and unsanitary. This was a completely unacceptable experience. I expected better food handling and customer service from a major pizza chain. I won’t be ordering from this location again. This was very upsetting, and the handling of the situation was disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves cleanliness and customer service going forward.
