- HHHerman1 day ago3.0Upsetting tea time. Upon entering a person appearing homeless was hovering over the sugars and napkins thingy. Not appetizing. I went a got my cup. Went over kinda hesitant to make tea after watching this guy cleaning put his nose over the self serve counter. Put my cup down and he reappeared to use microwave. I left. Just can't deal with this. Lost appetite. Cleanliness was already a slight issue. Just can't. Hopefully I will return and not see it again. Sorry 😞. I just needed my tea time.

When asked again to clean it the young lady gave C e attitude. If you don't like cleanliness then don't work in food service. Will not be returning to this place. It's nothing more than a dump and vaguely represents Panera.
