I felt rushed while placing my order, despite informing the staff that I was not yet ready. I was the only customer at the time of placing my order. When my order was prepared (an iced matcha latte and a sourdough bacon sandwich), the matcha was not properly blended, with powder settling at the bottom of the cup. In addition, the other employee who prepared my sandwich, repeatedly shook my bag immediately after completing it, and then tossed it onto the counter. Overall, the service was discourteous and unprofessional. I do not plan to return to this location.

During that time, I watched at least seven people walk in after me, get served, and leave before me. My order was only two drinks, yet it sat on the mobile order printer unmade after having 20 minutes.. while the in-store line was getting completely cleared and people coming after me had their drinks and food to leave. Waiting 25 minutes for a pre-ordered beverage defeats the whole purpose of mobile ordering. If anything, it’s making customers late for work and school because this location clearly prioritizes walk-in orders over mobile ones. If you cannot keep up with mobile orders, then don’t offer the option—or hire enough staff to manage the flow. It makes no sense to accept orders you cannot fulfill in a timely manner. After years of coming here, it’s frustrating to see service get worse instead of better. Disappointing, slow, and unreliable.
