    The Domino's in Woodbridge is one of the worst for deliveries. They arrive late and the pizza is cold. They have too few drivers and too much work.

    I ordered two pies. The app said delivered and waited 40 min in lobby of apartment. I only got one pie. Called them and they said they will send another pie. Send the second pic 50 min later and was cold as hell. First and last time ordering with them.

    I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this location. I ordered an 8-piece chicken wings, which should be a quick and simple order. First, the wait time was over an hour for this small order. Shockingly, there wasn't a single other customer in the store, which proves this was purely due to gross mismanagement and inefficiency. More seriously, I witnessed major food safety violations. Employees were handling food, cash, and the order touchscreens without wearing gloves or masks. They repeatedly touched the shared monitor and then returned to preparing food without washing or sanitizing their hands in between. This is a direct breach of basic health codes and is downright disgusting.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Placed my order at 4:49pm. App told me at 5:30 food was delivered. No food. I called and they said it's an issue with the app and my food was leaving the store now. 6:20pm still no food. Finally got someone on the phone around 6:30pm and the driver is yelling at me that he delivered the food and took a picture that he left it on my stairs. I told him I don't have stairs outside my house and he delivered it to the wrong house. There are 2 streets in my town with the same name but one is Ave and one is St. I made it very clear on my order and when I called which address is mine. They finally after almost 2 HOURS OF WAITING FOR MY FOOD, admitted that they delivered it to the wrong address. They offered to make a new order and I clearly said nope give me a refund. So, no dinner here from Domino's tonight or ever. Our neighbors at the other address get to enjoy our meal tonight. This was my first time ordering from them and it is 100% the last. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE!!!

    Terrible customer service. The food arrived cold, my order was incorrect, and I was not issued a refund. The person answering the phone lacked basic customer service skills. I do not recommend ordering from this location.
