  Great experience at Dave & Buster’s Woodbridge! The place is perfect for having fun with friends or family. A huge variety of games, a lively atmosphere, and great vibes overall. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive. It’s a great spot for birthdays or just to relax and have fun. Definitely coming back!

  To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this as a **formal complaint and demand for a full refund** regarding my experience at the Dave & Buster’s **Woodbridge, NJ** location. What my wife and I experienced was disorganized, misleading, and unacceptable. I paid **$80 for two tickets** for what was advertised and presented as a **21+ event**. Upon arrival, the check-in process was chaotic. There were **two staff members sitting at a small table who appeared confused and untrained**. They struggled to scan us in, handed us **four paper tickets and two Power Cards**, and provided **no explanation** of the event, what was included, or where we were supposed to go. We were **never told where the event or party area was located**. After playing a few games, we noticed **children were still present**, which made it clear this was **not a 21+ event as advertised**. At that point, we already felt misled. Because no staff directed us, we had to ask the bartender for help. Instead of taking us to an event space, she seated us in a **regular dining area**. Our **waiter was completely unaware** that a special event was even happening. After we ordered food, he eventually pointed across the room and said that was the event area, then told us to “**just pay for the food to make it easier**” so he would not have to involve management or apply any discounts. This was **highly unprofessional**. As a result of staff failures and misinformation: * I paid **$44 for an appetizer that was supposed to be included** * I spent **$80 on tickets for an event that was never properly provided** * I paid **$71 and $41 in Uber transportation costs** * We were **never given a receipt**, as the waiter disappeared and did not close out our table properly The service throughout the night was poor. Staff were uninformed, management was never offered, and the event we paid for was **never clearly delivered**. This experience amounts to **misrepresentation and failure to provide purchased services**. I am requesting the following: 1. A **full refund of the $80 ticket purchase** 2. A **refund of the $44 food charge** 3. Contact from a manager regarding this incident If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this complaint to **Dave & Buster’s corporate office and consumer protection channels**.   The games that arnt kid casino need heavy maintenance. Most of the games that doesn't give out ticket has something wrong with it and there isnt too many. Great play to give your kids 20 bucks and go watch the game leaving unsupervised as that is what I saw. Food was run of mill bar food by chef Mike it seems. Tons of tvs playing playing two NFL games when there were nhl, nba, and college basketball games playing. One wall was just 5 tv playing the bills game side by side. The furniture has heavy wear and feels grimy. Half of the toilet were working and didnt feel clean. Doesn't compare a real arcade and they won't see me at this location again for a long time.

  “Dave & Buster’s Woodbridge — Basically a Beis Medrash of Flashing Lights and Competitive Energy” I don’t know who Dave is, and I don’t know who Buster is, but I’m convinced they were two bochurim who couldn’t sit still during seder and decided to open an arcade instead. Because this place? It’s electric. Literally and emotionally. Walked in and felt like I was entering the Olam HaTohu of neon lighting — mamish sensory overload, but in a geshmak way. The music is pumping, screens everywhere, and games that practically shout, “TAKE MY TOKENS, EINSTEIN.” 🎮 The Games There’s something for everyone: Racing games where I drove like a Lakewood yungerman running late to minyan Basketball hoops where I proved once again that I should stick to learning, not the NBA And of course, that coin pusher machine which has the same suspense as a shidduch crisis — “Is it gonna fall? Is it not? What’s pshat here??” Nothing builds achdus like a group of grown men yelling at a digital wheel to “LAND ON BONUS!” 👨‍👩‍👧 The Atmosphere Family-friendly, super lively, and absolutely perfect for a motzei Shabbos outing, Sunday fun day, or random Tuesday night when you pretend you're “just going out for a quick errand.” Let’s be honest — you come for the games, not the cuisine (which we skip anyway because kosher, baruch Hashem). And that’s fine, because the entertainment is top-notch. 🧹 Cleanliness & Staff Shockingly clean for a place where 600 children are simultaneously losing their minds. Staff was friendly, helpful, and did not blink even once when I asked how many tickets I need to win the giant plush turtle. (Answer: More than I earned. Way more.) 🎯 Pro Tip Wednesday is half-price games, which is basically the arcade version of a “special sale at Bingo” — a matzav you don’t want to miss. 🎉 Overall Dave & Buster’s Woodbridge is the type of place where you go “just for an hour,” and suddenly it’s 11:45 PM and you’re deep in a competitive rematch because someone (not naming names) claimed the skee-ball machine was “rigged.” Warm, fun, leibidik atmosphere, tons of laughs, and zero pressure. Just wholesome entertainment for the entire chevra. Highly recommend — 10/10, would lose tickets again.
