  If you have to eat here, never order online. Arrived at 8:22pm and order was suppose to be ready at 8:20pm. I was told not ready. Watched 10 customers walk in, order and leave and my order was not ready. Asked again at 8:32pm and was told not ready yet. Asked for a manager at 8:45pm. I was told “short on staff”, “needed to do all the prep work” and some other reasons. It didn’t make sense and I said I watched all these people walk in and leave while I was still waiting. Order was handed to me at 8:47pm. Got home. One order was very cold and the bottom of the burrito bowl was very saturated like it was sitting out for a long time. The other order was still warm and the bottom was not saturated. Second order was missing sour cream and even asked of extra sour cream on that order. The online ordering is chaotic at this location and should be addressed by management. They apologized for the wait to every online order handed out while I was waiting. Shouldn’t take 27 minutes past the pickup time for a carryout. I saw 5 employees behind the counter plus the manager. Shouldn’t that be enough employees? Do yourself a favor, go to Qdoba. Same food, super fast service. Also, who cuts red bell peppers like the last picture. Looks very rushed and untrained.

  This place is good during the week when the managers are around. The food tastes fresh and is made well. On weekends, though, it’s a different story. The food is usually too salty and doesn’t taste fresh at all. It honestly feels like no one’s paying attention Friday through Sunday.

  This location consistently runs out of steak and other meats by around 6pm. On my most recent visit, I was told steak would be a 30-minute wait, so I decided to wait—only to be told after that time that they were completely out of steak. This happens far too often to be considered a one-off issue. They are rarely prepared on time with basics like meat and rice, and guacamole is also frequently unavailable, with no sense of urgency to make more or restock. While a few employees are great and genuinely helpful, the majority are very rude, give attitude, and lack professionalism. Overall, the food quality is good when everything is available, but the constant shortages and poor customer service make this location frustrating and unreliable.

  This is the weirdest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They kept rushing us for some reason, even though there was no line and it was the middle of the day. The cashier literally yelled at me to tell him what I was getting in my burrito before the tortilla was even on the counter. The tortilla just starts warming up and another server is asking me what rice and beans I want and just stands there holding a spoonful of rice as if that’s gonna somehow speed up the tortilla. Only the original server was being a normal person; the rest of them were making me feel like I wasn’t supposed to be there. Very odd. Burritos at this location are also like half the size of a regular Chipotle burrito. Just avoid this Chipotle location.
