- VCvenkat chowdaryMar 25, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at Dunkin on March 25 around 12:05 AM. We ordered a refresher and a latte, but the staff member didn’t seem to know the items on their own menu. We patiently explained the order, but things didn’t improve. When I asked for less ice, he said there would be an extra charge, which didn’t make sense. On top of that, he didn’t seem to know how to prepare a latte properly. The situation escalated when he started shouting at us, refunded the money, and told us to call the cops. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Definitely not the kind of service you expect.
