She was horrible customer service. She said she cannot provide her name because she declined to give you the order and she was just mean to us because of I don’t know why maybe she have a end of the day but really today Monday 530 I was in the shop please Owner verify what I did wrong with this and what kind of service she did that’s why we walked out. One of the staff members was willing to help, but she refused to make the change. Extremely disappointed with the service. I live in Avalon and will never go back there again.

There was a line in front of me who all got helped but when I was my turn I guess they decided I wasn’t worth helping like the rest of the line? Nobody was behind me so I guess it was me in particular they didn’t care about. Awful service. Edit: Went to Starbucks instead. They tried this novel thing called “service”. 5 stars there. I’ll be avoiding Dunkin in general from now on.
