  The young woman at the counter was very pleasant and efficient. I just ordered a medium hot coffee. Unfortunately, the napkin dispenser was empty and I could not get a napkin. Other customers also were disappointed because napkins are needed. The man after me had children and napkins were needed.

  El café es muy bajo de nota y realmente si no tiene aditivo como leche o crema no es tan agradable.

  The only location that has chairs on the tables couple hours before closing. such a not welcoming environment. It’s like go we close soon We came at 6.30 and my daughter was told to leave at 7 because they need to clean?! I don’t think it’s a nice way It’s still 2 more hours till closing Come on Managment Do better I wasn’t told this in person but they strayed to clean so saying to leave in other way

  I’ve been coming every time in the shop this Dunkin’ Donuts today I just came for a coffee and a simple bagel. The front girls work here. She was horrible customer service. She said she cannot provide her name because she declined to give you the order and she was just mean to us because of I don’t know why maybe she have a end of the day but really today Monday 530 I was in the shop please Owner verify what I did wrong with this and what kind of service she did that’s why we walked out. I cannot catch her name because she don’t have any name tag please Owner verify very horrible service from her

  I’ve told them multiple time “ this is not Cold Brew with Sweet Cold Foam.” It was just regular foam!!! I asked repeatedly for it to be corrected. One of the staff members was willing to help, but she refused to make the change. Extremely disappointed with the service. I live in Avalon and will never go back there again.
