- BBBeckiMar 13, 20261.0Ordered the 2 pies one topping for $6.99 each because we hadn't had Papa John's in a while and my boyfriend was wanting the garlic dipping sauce. I paid $3 additional for each pie for extra cheese and extra onion. We also ordered cheese bread sticks. We got home and had no dipping sauces ( should have checked before leaving) and there was no extra sauce or toppings. This order was $30 and in comparison to comparable places I would take Little Caesars or Domino's over this anyday. Customer service online can't do anything and the service/ food must be so poor at this location that they never answer the phone. I would NOT recommend and surely not return.

I accidentally selected carryout instead of delivery when placing my order and immediately tried calling the store to fix it. I was left on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer. I hung up and called back six more times, and every single time I was placed on hold again with no one picking up. There was absolutely no way to speak to a real person for help. Because of that, I ended up losing $30 and never received my order the way I needed it. Customer service should not be this hard to reach. Very frustrating experience.

Make the pizza with no gloves put it in the oven with no gloves, touching everything with no gloves, including the computer screen came over to the cash register rubbed his hands in his hair rubbed his hands on his apron and proceeded to handle money with his hands not once have he washed them highly disgusting and I will be calling the health department
