The main reason I wanted to leave a review is the amount of times I've been requested to "pull forward and then back up" or "pull around front" while waiting in line for my mobile order is getting tedious. This is why there are potholes in the drive thru. I understand that there's a timer per order, (I've been a food service employee before) but by fudging your times, TacoBell Corp/franchise CANNOT HELP unless they see actual data. If the times are longer during 5pm, they can hire more people. If the times are longer and there are ample employees, that's a different conversation about said employees, but without accurate time stamps for orders, you are only shooting yourself in the foot. They can't help the employees, if everything seems fine. Just a suggestion.

From the moment I walked in, the energy, professionalism, and attention to detail were unmatched. This wasn’t just “good service” ..this was set-the-standard service. You can tell this isn’t a one-time thing either. The way Von carried themselves made it clear they consistently show up and take pride in what they do. Please give them a raise, because I know I’m not the first customer to experience this level of care. Thank you all for everything. The tone was set the moment I walked in, and it made a real difference. This is how it’s supposed to be done.
