    I was in the drive through waiting for 20 minutes and the line was being held up just for them to turn off the lights and screen before it even hit 2am and everyone’s stuck in line waiting for the people who “got to order” (because there was no where else to go) while everyone was being yelled at saying it was closed and to keep it moving. Very rude and terrible customer service they purposely made people wait in line just so they didn’t have to take anymore orders when usually after ordering and paying they make us wait in the front for food to be brought out.

    I was targeted by a man with a broom and dustpan in the drive thru. He walked directly to my car to clean underneath it, for whatever reason. During that cleaning, he hit my car multiple times with his broom. I then took my food and parked at the literal furthest spot in the Taco Bell parking lot to eat my food. This man followed me across the parking lot, not cleaning a single thing on the way, to circle around my car and keep cleaning underneath of it. Which, again, led to him hitting my car multiple times with his broom and dustpan. I had to drive away, which the man barely allowed me to do as he was blocking my car in the spot. I called the restaurant to inform them of this issue. They told me that the man worked for them, and that he was "just doing his job." I used to frequent this Taco Bell, but I now refuse to give them any more of my business. I should not be gaslit into being told I'm not being followed or that my car is not being hit multiple times. Absolute insanity. If you DO eat here, make sure you park elsewhere.
