We were waiting over 3 hours before my order was delivered because the delivery driver originally delivered the order to the wrong address. Then when I called and spoke to the manager on duty which was an Arabic man, he hung up on me because I said I know its been hours and the food is cold so I wanted my money back and to cancel the order! He said no and hung up the phone on me. Then he called the delivery driver to go back and get the food from the wrong address and bring it to us and the food was so disgusting and cold!!! I ordered $40 worth of cold food that he forced us to take that had been sitting on someone’s porch for 3 hours and I couldn’t feed my kids food that was exposed to the elements!!! I want my money back for the food we had to throw away! I told them I would wait and allow them to remake the food but he hung up on me at least 5 times that I kept having to call back. Anytime I asked to speak with a higher up manager he kept hanging up on me! I will never order from here again! The kids who deliver dont care and neither does management. My kids waited over 3 hours for cold food at 4:00 pm after placing the order at 1:30. Great service Papa Johns! I’ll stick with Dominoes.
