This McDonalds has always had poor service but I have not wanted to rate or do a review, because it’s simple things that at the end of the day don’t matter. But this is where I draw the line. Mold on food. When I went to get my refund the manager wanted to give me the burritos instead of giving me the refund, how do you want me to want anything from this restaurant. Everyone’s appetite after seeing this would be lost. I did get my refund with a side of annoyed eyes.

I went inside because I don't like drive-thrus. There was one customer ahead of me and there were 4 cups filled with a red slushy drink. The customer dumped the contents of one cup into another, spilling it on the counter. Nobody cleaned it up. When I went up to the register, I waited about a minute before the cashier came. She didn't say anything, didn't ask, "How can I help you?" or, "Can I take your order?" She just looked at me, so I spoke first. After I ordered, I moved to the other counter to wait. My number was 270. The counter was a mess. The red spill from the first customer was still there, there was a coffee cup and a Happy Meal box sitting there. Two other customers came in while I was waiting, and a minute later they called the numbers 271 and 272. I thought, they came in after me, their numbers are after mine. Why are they getting their orders before me? The customer who was there when I walked in, had the number 269. The employees were chit chatting while I was waiting and I heard one of them say, "I don't know why so many people come here at night. Don't they know how to cook?" The employee who brought my order, just dumped the bag and my drink on the counter and walked away before I could say, thank you. The food was fine except I have to remember to say, "No cheese," because the employees don't give you that choice. That's how they get to charge you more.
