This is second time that I have been to your deli department and the service was horrible . The first time the gentleman in the back was going on break and didn’t want to drop more chicken for the customers . So we left he wanted us to wait until he got back . The second time the lady looked at me and after I was waiting for ten minutes already, went to help someone that just got there instead. Unfortunately people just don’t want to work anymore. I will be going to ShopRite for now on .

One star because I can't leave zero. Every time I come to this store I get stuck at the door because of the wheel lock on the cart. I am sick of the inconvenience to me and the inconvenience to other customers as well. You put me in other's way when the wheel locks at the door, now blocking the door. It's also embarrassing because I'm in the way and you are basically accusing me of trying to steal something. If you are that concerned about theft, have employees standing at the doors to check receipts and/or contact the local police to patrol your store more. I tried to reach out to the store manager but I can not get ahold of them.
Totally unhappy with my experience.

I’m a regular customer I’m here atleast 4 times a week and every time I come there is only one person at register. I was rushing this time around and I was only 5 items over the limit at self checkout. So I left the line and headed to self checkout. I work in retail so I can scan pretty fast. I scan my products I only have one thing left to scan, and the manager comes charging at me screaming that I wasn’t supposed to be at self checkout because I’m over the limit. I explained to her I was only five items over. I understand this is the policy, however there’s only one person at checkout and there are over 15 people in line. I apologize to her and told her it won’t happen again, and she continued to embarrass me by screaming at me as if I had committed some unforgivable offense. I couldn’t understand why she was so upset. There was only one person behind me. Had I been holding up the self checkout line then I could almost understand her rage, but even so no one deserves to be treated that way.

The worst deli employees. Most of the time I go to the deli, two of the employees see disgruntled and ignores you while you are standing their awaiting for service. On Easter Sunday @ approximately 2:10 pm. I was waiting about 5 min waiting for someone to come up to me. A black male with mustache and a cap literally walked in front of me and ignored me which he usually do anyway. The female didn’t bother looking either. It took a nice young man to come up to me and apologize and then served me. Both female and male with mustache needs to be fired. They both disgruntled employees that usually doesn’t treat customers well. I hate going to the deli to get cooked chicken because of them. I always say, if you don’t like your job then quit. I just can’t understand how the management doesn’t see this. They need to check the cameras on both of them. Food can be a bit expensive. Customer Service needs big time improvements.

This is one of the worst grocery stores you can ever go to. The amount of stale food they sell is deeply concerning. Absolutely gross. Bought breakfast bars and could not even bite into them. Also bought uncrustables and they were stale as can be after thawed. Threw the entire box out. Disgusting.
