  I had a great experience at Domino’s Pizza thanks to Bill. He was extremely helpful from start to finish. He went over my order multiple times to make sure everything was correct and made sure I was completely happy before finishing up. You can tell he really cares about getting things right and providing great service. It made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Definitely appreciate the effort and will be back because of it.

  I needed a pizza for my son birthday and called dominos since they had the 9.99 lg pizza deal. The deal allows up to 7 toppings. I call and the guy sounds so confused. I tell him I want the 9.99 deal and he asks for my toppings. I gave 3 toppings. He told me my total was 13.86. I asked why it went up so much and he told me because of tax. That’s it. It confused me but I was in a rush so I came and picked up my pizza. I’m just not looking at the receipt and see they charged me wrong. My sister told me to call, so I do. The guy who picked up sounded confused too saying “did u pick up the wrong order?” “Ur calling for another order?” Just not making any sense. The guy said I was charged for the $7.99 carry out deal. And when I told him I understand that that’s why I’m calling he still seemed to not understand and just told me next time order on the app…

  Missed half the ingredients, then gave my food a road trip just for fun. They accidently shipped my pickup order as a delivery. I waited 20 minutes in the store after it was done to pick it up. Noone had it in them to tell me why, they just let me wait. While waiting, i got to notice that noone preparing food was wearing gloves! Ew. The level of incompetence taking place at this store is disrespectful to expose the general public to. The cashier could barely muster up the volume in his voice to ask me to sign the receipt. The staff was absolutely lifeless. I spent 20 minutes waiting here for terrible, wrong food. Once i got home and looked into my luke warm garbage, i realized that there was extra sauce ( not ordered), hot sauce missing from 2 items, a miniature cheese bread, and a regular pizza cut into squares. My wife was sad. I will go out of my way to never spend money at this store as long as i live. Clearly no management, hiring any goober that has a pulse. It seemed like everyones first day being alive on earth. I wanted to tell them that its just pizza and there is no need to be afraid. Shut the place down.

  dominos with the driver shahbaz he took a hour to deliver my food was cold watched the guy legit get close and then drive away to come back 20 minutes later

  I was a bit upset when I heard I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes BUT quickly realized y.. only 1 person was working ppl yelling at him calling him names becuz their food wasnt ready etc n not 1 time did he get frustrated with them not one time he continuously apologized for the wait time he was working ungodly hard n dealing with very rude n ignorant customers I felt for him so much that I gave him a tip becuz he truly was busting his hump n most ppl now days dont put that much effort into anything let alone their work I didnt catch his name but I ask that u plz give that man a raise HE DESERVES IT N MORE!!!! N he alone is y i gave a 5 star rating becuz he truly is the MVP's the goat of dominos williamstown esp becuz we had a blizzard n this man still came to work IN A DRIVING BAN N STATE OF EMERGANCY THATS DEDICATION
