  Mid to good , pretty inconsistent like most Wendy's. Good if the one guy is working.

  if i could give zero stars, i would. this has consistently been the worst wendy’s location i have ever visited in my entire life. you’ll spend 20-30 minutes waiting for your food, and there’s a 99% chance it will be wrong. the staff is incompetent and visibly do NOT care. just picked up an order, including what was supposed to be a peach lemonade. upon seeing the drink was orange colored and tasting it, it was an orange flavored drink. we told the staff that the drink was incorrect, they said no, it was fine, and handed us the exact same drink back. so now i paid for something i did not order, and did not get it fixed upon asking. management needs to be seriously looked into here, the way this store is being run is embarrassing.

  They were short staffed and did the best they could to keep the lines moving. Cashier had good attitude despite trying to do a million things at once.

  Are you serious today? Just ran into...well wanted to.. wendys of whiting and at 12 21pm the doors are locked the drive-thru is 10 cars long. So much for grabbing a burger. This is twice in the last 3 weeks that just want to sit down and have a wendys burger and the doors are locked. I'm going to believe this is one of the locations that will be closing as they aren't even open for sit down
