I was sick and picked up a DoorDash order through the drive-thru because I couldn’t get out of my car. I waited over 30 minutes. When I explained my situation, a manager aggressively told me to go inside, said I was “holding up the line,” and told me that next time I should wear a mask. He raised his voice and was extremely disrespectful. Being treated this way while ill was upsetting and unacceptable. Total lack of empathy and professionalism.
