    Insane service, I made a mistake and forgot to mention that I needed to change my drink to oat milk instead of whole milk. The lady that took my order came out and started yelling at me before I could finish my sentence. Insanely rude and uncalled for when I had already paid for it anyways! Definitely avoiding this dunkin customer service was crazy.

    Horrendous service every time I visit this location. Made a mobile order for pickup in the drive thru and wanted to add a pup cup since I had my dog with me. When I got to the window, the employee told me it was $1.07 for the pup cup. For a cup of WHIPPED CREAM. It's always been free in the past and I spent over $20 on my pick up order but they wanted MORE money. Honestly unbelievable. Have also asked to buy the promotional buckets they sell with the munchkins separately without the munchkins and was told "no we can't do that". Yet I visited another location and they had no problem selling the bucket separately. I never have these problems at the Deptford location so I'll continue to go there but avoid this specific one at all costs.
