Cleanliness is less than desirable. I used the self check out. I entered the self check out and behind the self check out register the floor is filthy. Check it out yourself. You will not miss it. This is a food store, I would expect it to be very clean.

I want to share an experience my 78-year-old mother had at the ACME store about a week ago. She left feeling very upset and discouraged. According to her, she tried to get assistance several times but no one offered to help. She said that three different female employees declined to assist her and spoke to her with what felt like a rude or dismissive attitude. She didn’t catch any names, but the interaction left her feeling ignored and disrespected. As an elderly customer, she should feel supported and safe when she shops, and it was disappointing to hear that this wasn’t the case. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to ensure better customer service for everyone, especially older shoppers who may need a little extra patience and help.

I visited ACME to pick up some Thanksgiving food, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t very positive. One of the employees, Lori, interacted with me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I left feeling disappointed, especially during a time that’s usually stressful enough with holiday preparations. I hope management can look into improving customer service so future visits go

Denied service when asked if I could collect my money order. 2 ladies always give me a hard time, named Lori and Sheila. Disgusting words were said to me. Words I can't even believe I heard out of somebody's mouth. I would recommend that this gets fixed before it stops more people from coming into this Acme. 0/10 DO NOT COME TO THIS ACME.
