I dread even asking at this point because it always feels like I am putting someone at an imposition, and treated like I should know better than to ask. It could be that things on sale don't come up until you hit the finish and pay button, and employees are tired of having to deal with this issue constantly. I get it, but customer service is lacking in manner.
