    I visited this location today and was genuinely surprised by how small the portion sizes were. My friend had to order chicken on the side and double chicken just to get what should have been a normal amount, and even then it was barely a few pieces. On top of that, the chicken was extremely overcooked and charred. I politely mentioned this to the employee at the counter and simply asked if it would be possible to receive a little more. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, an older employee responded with unnecessary hostility. Overall, the food quality and customer service were both disappointing. I hope management takes steps to improve portion consistency and how customer concerns are handled.

    This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. It wasn’t always like this, but something has clearly changed—and not for the better. The service alone is enough to make you lose your appetite. I’ve never dealt with such hostility and lack of basic customer care. The meat portions are an absolute joke. Paying $12 for what is essentially a bowl of rice and cheese is ridiculous. When I ask for double chicken, I still get what looks like a single, skimpy serving. It feels like the employees are guarding the chicken as if it’s coming out of their own pockets. I even told the young white male employee that was behind the counter tonight that he barely gave me any chicken and asked if he could add a little more. Instead of fixing it, he gave me attitude and insisted that the tiny dollop he served was “enough.” Excuse me? That’s not what I’m paying for. What makes it worse is the overall attitude. I’ve genuinely never encountered such rude, unfriendly staff and I work in hospitality myself. There’s a clear lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. This location used to be generous with portions and kind to customers, but it has seriously gone downhill. Between the tiny servings and the poor service, it’s not worth the money or the frustration. Trust me and take your business elsewhere.

    Listen, I’m the type of gal who would usually dig chipotle, but this?? Absolutely not. First of all, there were chunks of cilantro and way too much lime in both the rice, and pico. Some pieces literally weren’t cilantro or at least didn’t taste like it. It looked like straight up moss. But that’s only the looks, the taste was even worse. I don’t even wanna talk about it. The young man behind the counter barely gave me anything worst portion ever. And I told him my order several times and he couldn’t comprehend it and still got it wrong

    The attention is terrible, they should give training to the employees, one talks to them and they don't even answer what a lack of respect, I waited 1 hour for my order and in the end I canceled it because it was impossible, I don't recommend this place
