- ABang b3 days ago1.0very disappointed in this locations service... i frequent this Chipotle and many others across NJ quite often, as I'm on the road working a lot. Im a big Chipotle fan the food is delicious. But not yesterday, i stopped in the Westfield location and it was so upsetting. The guy doing the food line looked new, flustered & stressed..no other coworkers were around to help him, everyone seemed "busy" in the back. their portions were a lot less compared to other locations (mind you I've never had an issue before) the rice was hard, food was cold. was charged for a side of sour cream when they arent supposed to charge, it was not inside my bowl. I had to explain myself 5x to a bunch of different employees who all came out at once when they realized there was an issue. upon asking for a refund and returning the sour cream i was given an attitude and facial expressions were made. Such a shame that this location has declined within just a few months

We asked to have the missing protein in a cup and they proceeded to charge an additional $5 dollars. Money hungry and inconsiderate decision that warrants this feedback. I’m not surprised they are rated 3 stars. Low is an understatement.
