    Used to be my go to Dunkin. Now everytime I go to the drive through especially on Sunday's american lady messes up my order, rushes me, and has an attitude when you check her. Going to have to find another location due to incompetent, rude staff.

    the staff at the drive through window are rude and have horrible customer service. Every time I get to the window the lady just stares at me she doesn’t tell me my total and she never says a word. I tell her to have a nice day and she turns around and starts talking to the other ladies inside. today I was clarifying that my drink had liquid sugar in it because it was not on the sticker on the cup like it usually is and she gave me an attitude.

    "Cave Lady" at the drive-thru on Sat, 8/9/25 with the raspy voice gave me my green tea with NO honey. This tastes disgusting 👎🏿 .... with her nasty attitude, I KNEW there would be something wrong with at least 1 of my orders. She never worked there before but since she's there now, expect unprofessional behavior. It's in her blood to be that way. SMH
