    This is the worst dunkin donuts that I have ever been to. We stopped there heading to Maryland from north jersey and they did not accept cash orders inside the store. There was no other customers except my mother and me inside and we had to wait over 20 mins for 2 frozen coffees and 2 donuts. They also didn't have choc frosted donuts so I had to settle for something else because they did NOT WANT to refund my money.

    Used to be my go to Dunkin. Now everytime I go to the drive through especially on Sunday's american lady messes up my order, rushes me, and has an attitude when you check her. Going to have to find another location due to incompetent, rude staff.

    the staff at the drive through window are rude and have horrible customer service. Every time I get to the window the lady just stares at me she doesn’t tell me my total and she never says a word. I tell her to have a nice day and she turns around and starts talking to the other ladies inside. today I was clarifying that my drink had liquid sugar in it because it was not on the sticker on the cup like it usually is and she gave me an attitude.
