I ate my entire meal without receiving the beverage I ordered. After waiting about 20 minutes, when she finally walked by and I asked about it, she said, “it’s coming out,” but it never arrived. I ended up drinking water from my wife instead. It also took around 30 minutes just to receive our boxes and the check. The food was enjoyable, but the service seriously took away from the experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return because of this. Also my friends told her the order wasn’t correct to which she replied “you have to be specific when ordering” although she never asked or repeated our order!

There were no employees by the carry out register, so i went to the front to find someone to help me. No one came up to help, so after a moment i went back to the carry out area, and my order was gone. After a few minutes, an employee asks if I am picking up an order. I say I am, and that the bag was taken away. He said they would remake my order, and that I would need to wait a few minutes. Eventually, my order comes out, and i take it and leave. Only later did I find out that my 4 sides of fries were not in the bag. I spent 25 minutes standing in the store waiting for my order to be remade, only for half of my order to not be included.
