    Terrible service. I waited for more than 15 minutes in front of the counter for someone to attend to me, and there was no staff present. A total disappointment, and all I wanted to do was pick up an order I had placed in advance.

    Worst Pizza Hut branch on Earth! Had a pizza pre-ordered online for carryout. 430pm pickup, came and pizza was not ready. 15 minutes after being told to wait a couple of minutes, I stood up and went to the cashier (big guy with beard). He tells me my pizza is not ready. So Another 10mins pass by, I stand up again. Cashier goes back inside kitchen, comes out with my order, prints receipt and says "next". No apologies expressed. Lousy service. Lousy personnel.

    The manager here is awesome!!!! Thank you Kathy for your hospitality. I had a issue with my food and it got corrected without any problem. I really appreciate you and keep pizza at the top of customer service.

    I won’t be ordering from this location again. I’ve already submitted a complaint to corporate and hope they can provide a resolution to the substandard service I received. My order was not prepared correctly, and when I asked for it to be fixed, staff refused and tried to charge me instead. Very disappointing experience.
