  5 Stars - Fast, Friendly, and Always Fresh! ​I'm writing this review specifically for the Dunkin' Donuts located on 563 Northfield Ave in WestOrange NJ! I use the drive-thru almost every morning, and this location is consistently fantastic. ​The service is always quick, even when the line is wrapped around the building. The employees at the drive-thru window are genuinely friendly, greet you with a smile, and have never messed up my order, which is a huge win for a coffee shop. ​The food and drink quality is also top-notch. My coffee is always made perfectly—hot/iced exactly as requested and never watered down. The breakfast sandwiches are fresh and hot, and the donuts are soft. This team runs a well-oiled machine, making my rushed mornings so much easier. Highly recommend this Dunkin' for anyone on the go!

  I ordered the new Wicked sprinkle covered munchkins for my kids. I was disappointed to see each donut had about ten sprinkles. I asked the cashier to please replace a few of them with a different donut. There was no apology or any decency. I won’t be going back any time soon.

  THE best Dunkin!! The employees have friendly faces who greet me in the drive thru. I’m there most mornings and even in the afternoons sometimes for lunch. They remember my face (and will even say hello again if they noticed I was there in the mornings too)! I haven’t been inside yet just drive thru, but they always have me heading to work with a smile and a hot cup o’coffee. The coffee is always made right, they’re always in stock of my midnight blend, always hot, food hot made fresh.
