The two young ladies that were in the front taking the orders were playing around joking around with peoples orders and when my order was done i grabbed it and left to my car. As I get to the car and start taking my items off the bag to give it to my kids I see the order of harsh browns was missing I went back inside to get what I paid for. The one that was taking the orders talked to me rude saying next time check before you leave it’s your fault you didn’t receive them. This is totally unacceptable, I have worked customer service for years and I know this is not acceptable at all. No wonder this location keeps on hiring new people every month

The manager always seems miserable there and doesn’t really seem to care about the customers that come in. Another time a cashier named Danny was making food with out any gloves on. When another customer and I complained about it he seemed to not care and walked away leaving it to another employee to make the food . When I had asked for their manager , he “was not there” . I had asked for corporates number and for some reason they had no idea what the number was or even a card with their number. Idk how this store has been running with the staff that it has. I go to this Dunkin for my convenience that it’s around the corner from my house but the attitude that I get from the staff and management is ridiculous. I don’t recommend this Dunkin at all unless it’s a last resort
