  i’ve been going to this dunkin since i moved to new jersey about three years ago, and i’ve always loved it. i’ve consistently had great experiences and recommended this location to others. however, over the past month or so, the service has noticeably declined, and today’s experience was honestly upsetting. i waited at the drive thru speaker for at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. when i finally got to the window, the employee looked at me like i was crazy for saying i had two drinks, then told me there were four. i explained that i had only ordered once and that the app likely glitched, which wasn’t a big deal. what was a big deal was her response - she threw my food onto the counter and walked away without saying a word. another employee rushed over to fix the situation, which i appreciated, but by that point i just wanted to leave. the overall atmosphere felt chaotic, unprofessional, and unkind. i don’t know what changed recently, but this location no longer feels welcoming or well-run. it’s disappointing, especially after years of consistently good experiences.

  This is by far the best drive thru at any Dunkin I’ve been to. The wait time is non-existent and the girl at the window every weekday morning is super professional and swift! I believe her name is Angel.
