She got it wrong, she said we said the order wrong, but I know she got it wrong because my girlfriend was right there with me and recommended I get the chai latte, so I did. The problem isn’t the messed up order, it’s that Evelyn was disrespectful to us with an aggressive attitude. After receiving our corrected order, and some uncrispy bacon, another group of people came in, and Evelyn was even more rude to them, some innocent old lady. To whoever’s running this place, your staff need to learn how to speak to customers, it starts with treating them like they’re humans, not dogs. I used to love this dunkin. I will not be coming back.

The label on the cup was correct, justade wrong. It's my usual order, but my first time at this location. I do not recommend this place. I will not be back.
