  they didnt have change for 50 so i couldnt get food and they didnt have no untensils. this why i stopped coming

  I went to this location on Tuesday and got food poisoning. Boy has it completely derailed my life . I see other reviews from the same day or day after stating cleanliness concerns and issues with the quality of food. I'm still recovering as I write this post.

  This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. Customer service was completely unacceptable. The employee taking our order seemed far more interested in talking to coworkers than actually doing his job. I had to repeat my order four separate times, which is beyond frustrating when you’re just trying to get a simple meal. On top of that, the environment was chaotic. Loud Spanish dembow music was blasting throughout the store, and the employees themselves were just as loud standing around, talking, and not paying attention to customers. What appeared to be a manager was even yelling, which made the whole situation feel extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Basic things were missing there were no utensils available, and the soft drink machine wasn’t working. These are essentials, not extras. The cleanliness was just as bad. Every table was dirty, covered in leftover food, and there were garbage bags sitting right next to where people were trying to eat. It felt unsanitary and poorly managed. Overall, this location seriously needs to step it up. Do better, West Orange Chipotle.

  It is 4 o’clock on a Tuesday. I was standing behind a sheriff. She ordered the steak the steak that was there was burnt pieces and disgusting. She asked if they can make any more steak as that steak looked really bad. The workers looked at her and said we are not cooking any more steak and even laughed. I feel like one you should have steak ready at 4 o’clock on a Tuesday and two this is a sheriff who keeps our community safe, and you completely disrespected her not only as a customer, but as someone who protects the community. This location should be ashamed of their selves and just do better. I come here a lot because it’s the closest one to me, but I’m really starting to think I need to drive further to go to a better location.

  They are rude , they never have enough food i ask for chicken al pastor (they said they dont have more ) it was 8:35 pm it's always something missing ... also the charge me extra steak (i never order that) and they just very rude ... at the end ther refund me becaue the lady who make my order confirm that ... but what happened if I didn't see my receipt ? Also its super dirty place
