- BMBladimir MuñetonesOct 18, 20251.0I ordered using the mobile app as the store was closed for dine in - it took them more than 10 minutes to have my order ready, I rang the bell and let them know that I was waiting for that time and the answer was: “We’re busy”— when they came with the order the lady with the glasses started arguing that the time was 5 minutes and get actitude was not right… it is important to take i to account that the customer service is important and even more in a fast food restaurant what you’re waiting is to have your orden ready in a short time. Sarcasm and rolling eyes + trying to make me wait more time is not good!!!
