  i love the strawberry fresher with lemonade, I ordered one at this Dunkin, and it literally tasted and looked like soap, will not be coming back here

  The service here is getting worse. My senior mother went today at 6am 9/30/25 and asked the employee why she wasnt handling her coffee instead of sending it to the end of the counter. The employee rudely snapped back and told her if she had a problem and told her she was going to call the police. To the owner if your employees cant deal with a simple question you need to revist your hiring process.i will contact you directly.

  Honestamente, todavía no entiendo cómo una cafetería que en teoría debería especializarse en café termina vendiendo más hielo que la bebida que le da su nombre. Es algo absurdo y hasta gracioso si no fuera tan frustrante. Uno entra esperando un buen café, aroma intenso, sabor auténtico… y lo que recibe es un vaso lleno de hielo que ocupa más espacio que la bebida en sí. Es como si aquí la especialidad no fuera el café, sino el arte de empacar hielo de la manera más eficiente posible. Y claro, cuando se derrite, el café queda aguado y pierde cualquier encanto que pudo haber tenido. Me pregunto si el negocio real de Dunkin Donals es la venta de hielo disfrazada de cafetería. Si realmente quieren ser fieles a lo que prometen, deben servir el café como protagonista y no como un pequeño invitado en un vaso de hielo. No pedimos un iceberg flotante, pedimos café. Honestly, I still don't understand how a coffee shop that's supposed to specialize in coffee ends up selling more ice than the drink it's named after. It's absurd, and even funny if it weren't so frustrating. You walk in expecting good coffee, an intense aroma, and an authentic flavor... and what you get is a glass full of ice that takes up more space than the drink itself. It's as if the specialty here isn't coffee, but the art of packing ice as efficiently as possible. And of course, when it melts, the coffee becomes watery and loses any charm it might have had. I wonder if Dunkin' Donals' real business is selling ice disguised as a coffee shop. If they really want to be true to their promises, they should serve coffee as the protagonist and not as a small guest in a glass of ice. We're not ordering a floating iceberg, we're ordering coffee.
