The workers seemed like they didn’t care about customers and acted like we were bothering them. I waited and waited and nobody asked how I was or smiled, and I felt like I was invisible. The coffee was fine but the way they treated people really spoiled the whole thing. I’m Dominican and I always love good service, so this was disappointing and I probably won’t go back.

My senior mother went today at 6am 9/30/25 and asked the employee why she wasnt handling her coffee instead of sending it to the end of the counter. The employee rudely snapped back and told her if she had a problem and told her she was going to call the police. To the owner if your employees cant deal with a simple question you need to revist your hiring process.i will contact you directly.
