- MSMichael SantiagoAug 18, 20252.0Second time I’ve come to this location and I was unable to us a Ben and Jerry gift card. they have no scanner to scan QR codes or barcodes, then unfortunately they don’t train their employees to enter gift cards manually or in my experiences, the employees does not have access to do so. It’s a huge inconvenience when you walk in and have to wait with your ice cream melting in your hand. Such a quick and easy fix, but yet is so overlooked?

I know everything is getting more expensive but if you order a cup you get at least twice the amount. This is a ridiculously small amount for the price, it’s just not worth it. It actually makes me laugh.
