  Absolutely ridiculous experience at 1 AM. I ordered the $6 Meal Deal, and the hash browns came out MAD raw and ice cold which made it completely inedible. When I asked for them to be remade, the employee first tried to take the old ones back to reheat them… ones I had already touched and thrown away. That’s not just lazy it’s straight-up unhygienic. After making me wait five minutes, he finally made fresh ones, then had the nerve to charge me again. Yes, I was forced to pay for HIS mistake. When I pointed this out, he was rude, confused, and completely unprofessional. Communication was difficult, seemed like he didn’t speak good English, and instead of fixing the issue, he doubled down. Raw food, bad service, and being charged twice at 1 in the morning? Embarrassing. Do better.

  I ordered a glass with just a little ice, and they delivered it overflowing with ice. Plus, the drink was extremely sweet; that's not good for my health, it was undrinkable.

  Go in every morning to wait for the bus I usually order a doughnut an the guy always tells me to sit next to the bathroom agues with me and calls me Racial slurs he should be fired

  Do NOT order any drinks from tap, I ordered an iced green tea and iced coffee from there and they both had bacteria in them. When drinks foam up from tap, it usually indicates that it’s not clean. (Bacteria at the bottom of my drink + cloudy tea) I don’t know how often they clean their tap system, but it’s clearly not enough!
