One girl’s nails were so long (although cute) just maybe not for working in service that she could pack up the bags or the food. After I said they forgot my food, the one girl in a short ponytail with blonde hair gave so much attitude that someone else took the order and that she already made it. Didn’t apologize for the wait or say she was even making another one. Gave other people attitude. One girl was just standing there not doing much. I understand the drive through gets long but time management needs to be better and they really need an attitude check.

Incompetent is not the right word to use for the employees here I honestly don’t know how they got hired somehwere. This is by far the worst coffee establishment I have ever been too. Plus the female employee working this morning 10/26/25 gave my fiancée so much attitude because she is bad her at job and messed up our order. Hopefully management sees this and does something because all of the employees here this morning are asleep and not working. I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin to my worst enemy.
