  I travel a lot through monmouth County and middlesex county. Out of all the various Taco Bells West Long Branch is my favorite.

  Do NOT order online from this place. Your food is guaranteed to get screwed up. This is definitely not the first time this has happened either. But this order in specific was messed up to a bizarre extent . Typically, if an order has two of the same items, and one has modifications, you label it due to allergies and other health concerns. Nope. Not labeled. Messily wrapped too. One of the crunch-wrap supremes didn’t even have meat in it?! How do you even mess that up? Also, how are you going to charge $3-$4 for nacho fries and have the cheese container 1/3 full. Actually insane how sloppy online orders are put together.

  Worst service in this taco bell. NEVER ORDER ONLINE, Your food will guaranteed be tempered with. Ordered food online at 9:48. Came to pick up at 10:20 in drive thru. The food was still not ready even after an empty drive thru and store was not busy at all. Employees were horrible. The Spanish lady in kitchen started cursing when I went back in store to get my order corrected as they gave me wrong items. Told them no lettuce & no beef still had lettuce & beef in my Doritos taco.
