- EBEric BloodgoodJan 1, 20261.0I've literally almost never had a positive experience at this dunkin. Most recently simply ordered 2 toasted bagels with butter and 2 egg and cheese wraps. The bagels were barely toasted and were absolutely loaded and globbed with mostly unmelted butter. The two wraps had bacon on them despite being ordered as egg and cheese. I'm not gonna say no to some extra bacon but seriously how hard is it to screw up a couple bagels and wraps. And don't even get me started on previous drinks I've had from here. All down right old tasting... Damn shame as it's such a convenient location which is the only reason I still very occasionally go here

The person at the drive through started to read my order back to me from the bag like I didnt know what I ordered for myself and i literally had to open the sandwhich in front of her. They also didnt give any forks or napkins. So I went back in and politely asked for utencils and she responded with "I'm just ready to walk out of here".

When we said no he proceeded to raise his voice yelling at us NOBODY TOUCHED IT JUST TAKE IT. In front of other customers. While getting others orders wrong for other people. There were 3 other staff members trying to calm him down. This was so disrespectful and embarrassing. He should get fired because this place will loose more customers.
