They don’t say thank you, have a nice day nothing. Just hand your coffee and expect you to pull away. When you go inside they won’t look at you or even act like you’re a paying customer. The family who owns this needs to learn American customer service experience. I get a bad feeling every time I leave this place. Won’t be coming back. Multiple people I know all say the same thing.

I order the same latte everyday...and it's never the same drink day to day either they forget what you asked for by the time you get to the windows, or they are out of straws ,skim milk at least 1 a week..Ketchup packets, it's so frustrating but they don't understand even what your saying so how would complaining be helpful? I which there was some way to make customer service better for me and all DDs customers. .
