  We were in there and the worker comes up to us and they’re like you gotta leave because you don’t have you didn’t order any food and we’re like no that’s messed up so then we left and we’re never going back because it really mean and they yelled at us for trying to eat food in there because they don’t like kids and they’re kind of a little Bit mean, and it’s a very homophobic environment.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service at this establishment. We went in around 8:30 and there were no other costumers. We were told to “stop screaming” and “quiet down” for simply laughing. I did not realize that the Panera in west caldwell had library like conditions. Friendly reminder if you want to enter maybe lower your voice and speak at a whisper. I am extremely dissatisfied and feel extremely disrespected. I am sad to say that I will no longer be returning to this establishment. If zero stars was an option, the service would be rated it.

  They should do the town a favor and close this location down. 12 dollars for a 1/4 of one small scoop of tuna fish between 2 pieces of bread, the snarky manager says this is how cooperate wants to do it. Leave the customer hungry that’s a good strategy! The COO wrote me back could care less. he gave me the old we will try harder in the future bit. This location will be out of business by mid 2027- bank on it

  I used to love going there but then I saw how cruel they treated young kids as if all of them are being bad on fridays. While they do get hectic I think that the way they treat the scenario’s are horrible to the young kids who have to experience this
