Eliana in the floral department went above and beyond to make the most beautiful arrangement for my daughter’s graduation. She designed the arrangement perfectly and accommodated me with the specific colors that I wanted. She is a true professional and I can’t wait for her to design more bouquets for me. You ever call customer care. You get the worst echo in the world. Shockingly “There is nothing they can do about it”. Too big not to fail. Online order didn’t show up, trying to get a refund, but whatever i say is repeating 10 times louder in my ear. Advice: fix it, your in the customer service business!
