  The downfall of this location should be studied. Before COVID, this location was great, your orders were always correct, portions were nice and food was fresh. Post COVID and as the years draw on it seems like management/ownership just does not care. Whenever you order food, you have a 50% chance to be asked to pull into a parking spot where you will wait well over 10 minutes for food. They do this so that their avg wait time goes down to corporate but in reality the service is slower than ever. This includes mobile orders, especially mobile orders. In all situations, you should check your order to make sure you have all of your items and that it's prepared properly because more often than not you will be missing something or your order will be wrong. If you're a vegetarian or on a dietary restriction, triple check your order because they often put meat in the veggie bowls among other things. Honestly, just go somewhere else. I don't even know why they have an inside to this location. You order on kiosks, stand with 20 other people waiting forever in a disgusting and dirty restaurant. Anyways, don't bother contacting Taco Bell regarding this location and your incorrect orders or missing items. You won't get a refund, you won't get a response, and nobody cares. I wish we could get new ownership at this location because it's only going to continue to get worse.

  forgot my food then when i re ordered it they didn’t put sauce. rs makes me never want to eat at taco bell ever again worst taco bell ever
