- AJAllyssa Johnson1 day ago1.0If I could give 0 I would. They missed a sandwich and then when I called to complain they said they will replace the whole meal because I'm about 10-15 mins away. When my bf got there they said they are only going to replace the sandwich. He wasn't going to argue the fact. I decided to just leave a bad review. Won't be going to this chick fil a again and will be telling my family to not go either.

Each meal came with a card and they had a kid 'on the mic ' calling out the balls as they dropped. Ended up winning and walked away the owner of a free future desert and breakfast sandwich. So.... that happened.

I get a grilled chicken club with a white bun and Colby jack cheese and consistently get a sandwhich with extra bacon and lettuce when I don’t eat pork. It’s beyond ridiculous at this point. They don’t care. Take your business to the CFA in Marlton or Voorhees. Just absolutely ridiculous.

The food is always great, place is always clean, and the staff is mostly all super friendly besides this one manager Brittney. I had visited the drive thru during a pretty slow time of night and she introduced herself so I then proceeded to give her my order. After stating everything I wanted, there was no answer from her end. A few minutes later of waiting in complete silence, she then said she needs my name first before she can begin my order with such a rude tone. I then had to repeat my entire order back again after giving her my name. I have seen her a few times when dining inside this chick-fil-a and have noticed she is sometimes rude to her fellow coworkers. I’m usually not the type to complain about people who I don’t even know but her behavior seems to be a pattern.
