I ordered two matcha lattes and requested less ice, which is something I order almost daily at multiple Dunkin’ locations without any issue. The girl at the counter brought out a cup, pointed to the level, and said she had to fill ice up to that mark or else I would be charged extra for milk. She claimed this was their manager’s rule. I explained that I was completely fine paying extra, but when she called her coworker Sai to confirm, he outright refused to make the drink—even after I clearly said I was willing to pay the additional charge. He simply said, “I won’t make it.” No explanation, no alternative, and no effort to resolve the situation. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told no manager was on site. At that point, I said I didn’t want the order anymore. Despite this, the girl insisted on making one drink herself, which I declined because the entire experience had already been extremely uncomfortable. This was, without a doubt, the most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin’. Every other Dunkin’ location makes this drink with no hesitation. The lack of professionalism, refusal to accommodate even with extra payment, and absence of management was shocking. I do not recommend this location.

The Coffee always has the perfect amount to make it taste not too heavy and not too light. Just perfect. It's clean and the staff is awesome.
