    I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for over 30 years and have a lot of good memories here. I still remember Mary, who used to work behind the counter and always treated customers with kindness and respect. That level of service really made this location stand out. Lately, the experience hasn’t been as consistent. Some interactions with newer staff can feel rushed or less attentive, and there have been a few more order mistakes than I remember from before. In the past, if something went wrong, the team would quickly apologize and make it right, often going above and beyond, which I really appreciated. I understand customer service can be tough, but a friendly and respectful attitude goes a long way. This Dunkin’ has always been a staple in the community, and I’d love to see it get back to that level of care and consistency. Sharing this as a long-time customer who wants to keep supporting this location.

    Ordered a coffee and the bathroom was “out of service” apparently no one can go in without a key not even the employees. Terrible customer service going to the coffee shop next door instead from now on.
