  Horrible experience today. Decided to go w/ gf to randomly eat inside (something i never do wish i didnt) upon entering we were the only ones in there. Ordered on the kiosk when picking up the food i got a 6 piece nugget and medium fries she gave me one sauce in which i asked can i get another sauce she replies its 53 cents (which i have never been told that b4 i go through drive though once in a while ) but nonetheless i said no problem and i was joking to my gf that this economy is really going through it when u get a 6 piece and medium fries and only get one sauce but anyways that happened so i go sit nuggets ARE SO COLD and my gf had gotten the new tenders that were fresh and hot so i then decided to go order the tenders i went to the register the woman in the back is just staring at me and the other workers continue to work until one comes and i ask for a three piece tenders same thing my gf JUST ordered she proceeded to say it only comes in 4 piece 6 or 10 which i found odd bc my gf just ordered im like okay 4 piece and then she tells me the price i proceed to pay and the apple pay was giving me trouble so i wasnt paying attention so i get the bag and as i walk to the table i realize she gave me chicken nuggets and so i go back and was like i asked for tenders and she’s automatically gets super defensive and said no you didnt u asked for nuggets very passive aggressively and i was like i didnt i said tenders and then she goes and speaks Spanish the easiest language dosent take a rocket science to know when someone is talking mess and so im like i want my money back its fine i.do. not. want. it. And she goes and says something to the girl and says im just gonna give u cash even though i paid card and im like you dont have to be so rude even if i said nuggets which i 100% it was no need to get angry or defensive about it being as though i spent MY MONEY. Anyways i grabbed my fries and drink and left to go eat in the car. That experience really rubbed me the wrong way. I truly dislike rude people who are rude for no reason at all. Some people really are miserable in life and it shows. praying for that wendys. A mess.

  I will stare on December 19 at 4:33 PM. The cashier who happens to be the manager was so rude no customer service whatsoever and then the assistant manager was Worse than the manager unbelievable never seen people so rude

  Wendy’s in Wayne, NJ was impressively fast with service. The speed was great, but the food quality and flavor could be improved. If that gets better, it would be a solid spot

  The service at Wendy’s in Wayne, NJ was super fast really impressed with how quick everything came out. That said, the flavor and quality of the food could be a bit better. Hopefully they improve that, because the speed and convenience are great
