- MNMel NyxNov 16, 20251.0I placed an order through DoorDash around 5:25 PM for two bowls. With just five minutes left before they closed orders, I went to pick up my food. When I got home and opened my order, I found that the lid of one bowl was not closed properly. To make matters worse, I discovered a small bug on the side of the bowl. I was so disgusted that I forgot to take a picture and ended up throwing everything away. I checked the other bowl, and they had included plain, tasteless white rice instead of the cilantro lime rice I had ordered. There was no cilantro, despite my request for extra, and the chicken was covered in a lot of fat. It seemed like they just used leftover ingredients for my bowl. Everything tasted bland, including the sauces. I cannot recommend this place at all. It used to be my go-to, but now I will not be returning. I’ll take my business elsewhere; I'd rather go back to eating Chipotle.

For the price I’m paying, I expect a decent portion and to be treated with respect. The hospitality was not good, and it left me disappointed.
