The employees are unprofessional, loud, and careless. The staff in the kitchen are loud and obnoxious, taking away the “relaxing” effect Panera is supposed to give. I was waiting for my food at the counter when I saw employees preparing food without gloves and opening soup bags infront of customers and pouring it into the soup bowl. The tables are always sticky and you always have to call over an employee to clean it. I have to say this is the worst panera in the area!
