  Just clean, atmosphere is calm. Friendly staff. Nice view from the diner table. Parking is free.

  Food is typical panera. Service is always good. Air vents on ceiling look dirty and moldy. Not good for indoor air quality and sensitive people. Business owners and building management need to pay more attention to this and get their hvacs and ductwork professionally cleaned twice a year. It's a health hazard.

  I ordered two large sandwiches two bowls of soup and these came with a couple baguettes and a couple bags of chips. They stuffed all of this into one thin paper bag, which immediately broke while bringing it into my vehicle. Why they didn't put one sandwich and one soup in each bag is beyond me. The baguettes were not wrapped which I found odd and not very hygienic. I'm only giving two stars because their broccoli cheese soup will always be decent, but the rest of it is still not good, even after eight years later from having an uncooked mushy chicken on my salad and trying it again. I gave two stars because of the soup otherwise it would've been one. There's nothing on my sandwich but a small mushy pile of chicken. The bread is very dense which I assume they do on purpose so that you feel immediately full after you eat it. The picture on the menu at the drive-through showed lettuce and tomato and onion on the sandwich and I even asked for that to be sure that I got it. Neither sandwich had it. This picture right here indicates half of a sandwich (which is no bigger than the small palm of my hand, not including the fingers) and as you can see, there's nothing in it except a tiny bit of mushy chicken and a tiny bit of cheese, and one extra thin tiny slice of an onion. How this place is still in business is beyond me. This dinner for two was over $40 and it's crappy fast food for crying out loud!!!

  Nothing is really wrong here, and that’s kind of the problem. The food is fine, predictable, edible. Service is okay. The place is clean. But the vibe just isn’t there. It feels more like a waiting room than a café. You come in, eat, and leave without any urge to linger or come back soon. No warmth, no character, no small detail that makes you think “yeah, this place gets it.” Not bad. Not good. Just aggressively average. If you need something quick and safe, it works. If you’re looking for atmosphere or a reason to stay, keep moving.
