    I came in this morning and it was very clean and calm in the store. I did have an issue getting my iced coffee, but they quickly allowed me to get something else which I was very thankful for the girl cashier that was taking my order was very nice and respectful. Her name started with K. I love this Manhattan bagel and plan to come back more often

    Bad, wrong order, not taste and the worse part was I was the only customer there, they were talking about personal life and didn’t pay attention to my order, I took my lunch to go, they gave me another order… I won’t come back.

    I used to love getting food here. Honestly still do, i just can’t believe that I have to call 20 times before someone answers. Its bazaar! One morning it took me literally 32 minutes to get ahold of anyone there and then today I am experiencing the exact same thing where I keep calling to place an order and no-one is answering the phone!
