I did have an issue getting my iced coffee, but they quickly allowed me to get something else which I was very thankful for the girl cashier that was taking my order was very nice and respectful. Her name started with K. I love this Manhattan bagel and plan to come back more often

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely unwelcome. It was obvious they didn’t want customers coming in close to closing time, even though the store was still open. The cashier was rude, and things only got worse when Jalesca called my name for the order. had the worst attitude of all. She handed me my food in a bag instead of the basket with no explanation and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone. When I asked about my drink, she told me the cups were by the coffee machines, something no one had mentioned when I paid i was waiting for my cup the whole time. Then she said, “You know we close at 3,” in a way that clearly meant I wasn’t welcome to sit in the dining area and should just leave. I was shocked by her tone and attitude. It felt like she was rushing me out, as if my presence was a problem. I ended up canceling my order and walking out. No customer deserves to be treated this way. If Jalesca doesn’t like her job, she should consider a different career.. hospitality and customer service clearly aren’t for her. I won’t be returning, and I hope management addresses this behaviour seriously. With employees like this, I honestly don’t see this store lasting long.
