I called hour and 30 mins after to see where my order was, the man says its on the way...never came, 45 mins later I called again and they asked me for my address. They seemed little confused, then they say ohh we never ran the card... Never processed the card? No one called me bout the card, nor did they even care that there was a customer waiting for 2.5 hours after placing the order. Im not here to bash anyone or the company itself. I think they should have a structured system on managing they're operation. Also Reading the reviews that they're not clean while preparing and cooking... Im happy we canceled altogether. This location in my opinion, needs a stronger manager or trainer ,someone to better assist the employees from a to z on this day to night business. A better solid structured system in place.

She wasn’t wearing gloves. Her hair was in a long ponytail and was not contained. It was flying and flipping around. This is totally unacceptable for a food to the public establishment. Please change these practices immediately.
